Brushing your teeth is essential to good oral hygiene.  As a part of good oral hygiene, The American Dental Association (ADA) recommends you brush your teeth twice daily with an ADA-accepted fluoride toothpaste.  People who may have difficulty gripping a manual toothbrush, such as those with arthritis, may benefit from using an electric toothbrush.  Electric toothbrushes tend to have larger handles, making them easier to hold.
