Task lighting is used to increase illumination to a specific area when performing an activity such as reading, sewing, or working on the computer. Good task lighting can help decrease eye strain. Consider using task lighting around the home when performing your daily activities.
Plus it can provide a great ambiance. All for better lighting, it's the first thing I notice when I enter someone's home.
