No matter your age, incorporating some form of exercise into your day is always a good thing. The benefits of exercise include helping to prevent obesity, high blood pressure, and osteoporosis. The CDC recommends that adults between the ages of 50-64 get at least 150 minutes of moderate exercise a week; or 75 minutes a week of vigorous intensity aerobic activity or an equal combination of moderate and vigorous intensity aerobic activity.
